Top 5 Air Travel Apps on Android in Finland Q4 2023

In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 air travel apps on the Android platform in Finland exhibited diverse trends in downloads and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Finnair saw fluctuating download numbers, starting at 2.2K in late September and ending the quarter with around 1.6K in the last week of December. Weekly active users for the app experienced a gradual decline from 4.5K to approximately 3.3K by the end of the quarter.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker showed a mixed performance. Downloads varied throughout the quarter, peaking at 1.3K in late October and closing at 1.1K in the last week of December. Weekly active users demonstrated a similar pattern, starting at 6.8K in late September, peaking at 7.5K in late October, and finishing at around 7K by the end of December. Revenue for Flightradar24 also fluctuated, with the highest weekly revenue of approximately $1K in late September and the lowest around $391 in mid-December.

Ryanair experienced a downward trend in downloads, beginning the quarter with nearly 1K and ending with around 514. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 3.9K in late September to about 3.4K by the end of December.

The Norwegian Travel Assistant also showed a decline in both downloads and weekly active users. Downloads dropped from 901 in late September to 442 by the end of December. Active users decreased from 1.7K to approximately 1.1K over the same period.

Lufthansa had relatively stable download numbers, starting at 362 and ending at 517 by the end of December. Weekly active users saw a gradual increase from 2K in late September to around 2.6K by the end of the quarter.
